GM Student Corp - giving back in the auto world and we have Konrad's Car Clinic.

A lot of corporations 'say' they give back to the community, particularly when they think it makes them look good.  For others, it is truly a commitment to get results and make impacts, even in a small way.
Joining us today is retired GM Executive Larry Hice, which makes this program all the more impressive.  Detroit is  Motor City is so many ways that it makes sense for a program like this to be centered there.  Working with 15-schools, some college students, and retired GM personnel, the program is designed for students to 'learn, earn, and lead' as art of this real world training program - that is to say learning to prepare for the real world.
It is a great program and can't be easily replicated, but sure could be inspiring for similar community service programs.
